1). Open Gear Lubricants
DYLON GRADE LB-380

HEAVY DUTY SYNTHETIC LUBRICANT FOR BALL MILLS

Dylon Grade LB-380 is a premium, synthetic lubricant formulated to meet the high loads and speeds experienced with ball mills, and open gears in heavy industrial applications. Dylon LB-380 is safe, non-toxic and cost effective.

Dylon Grade LB-380's unique blend of base stocks provides a high affinity for steel and other metal surfaces, resisting dripping and creeping. The Tri-Plex EP System provides extreme pressure and corrosion protection. The formula is chemically balanced to eliminate hardening, cracking or decreased adhesive tendencies over a broad temperature range up to 350°F. It's viscoelastic behavior provides a superior film thickness forming a matrix that holds the solid lubricants in place, while lowering the coefficient of friction, allowing energy consumption reductions.

DYLON GR-424

Dylon GR-424 is a unique, cost-effective, problem solving grease designed for heavy industrial equipment. This one grease is designed to protect loaded bearings and drives, machine grease points, couplings, and general bearing applications.

Dylon GR-424 has been designed specifically for heavy-duty service where high loads and demanding environments are common. The cohesive structure fortified with synthetic polymers provides the maximum in-service protection; lube cycle time, and protection from water washout. Dylon GR-424 achieved a 0.24 performance rating in ASTM D-1264 water washout testing. This is an outstanding performance

DYLON GRADE GR-500 PREMIUM MULTI-USE GREASE

Dylon GR-500 is a high temperature, chemical resistant, multi-use industrial grease that guards against washout from metalworking fluids, coolants, and water. The superior adhesive and cohesive properties of Dylon GR-500 provide outstanding protection during both high load and high RPM service. Dylon GR-500 performs at temperatures of up to 500°F.

Dylon GR-500 grease is INDUSTRY ENGINEERED™ to provide excellent durability in harsh environments. Dylon's D-707 "EP" extreme pressure and anti-wear chemistry is used in this grease to provide ultimate equipment protection.

DYLON GR-650 HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE
THE SYNTHETIC GREASE DESIGNED FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

Dylon GR-650 is a synthetic grease developed for demanding industrial applications and high temperature protection up to 650°F. When applications are severe or temperatures are "Hot" this proprietary grease technology significantly outperforms universal greases.

The unique, ashless synthetic base stock provides superior thin film lubrication, allowing for maximum protection. Dylon GR-650 maintains a grease structure at temperatures of 650°F to 700°F, providing solid lubricant protection up to 750°F and can be used in all types of industrial bearings.
