SUPERCUT
O and SUPERCUT O-EP
Ten
years in the making, SUPERCUT O and Supercut O-EP are based on micro-technology
processing. Micro-technology provides the strongest and most stable
oil emulsion in the history of metalworking. Supercut O and
O-EP eliminate sump maintenance by remaining stable and strong throughout
the fluid delivery system. Supercut O and O-EP are sulfonate-free
and are designed to provide long service without any bacteria or
fungus concerns. The micro-sized particles provide a more efficient
lubricant barrier on the tool surface. Supercut’s micro system
also provides unparallel tramp oil rejection.

Supercut
XL and Supercut XL-EP are engineered to take advantage of the synergy
between the micro-technology of Supercut O and the synthetic power
of Supercut S. Biostable and extremely resistant to scum formation,
Supercut XL and XL-EP are our strongest performers for overall trouble
free machining. Supercut XL and XL-EP are based on Dylon’s unique
Kergeron Synthesis©. This breakthrough chemistry increases
the attractive forces of the fluid to the tool piece. The result
is a strong, tightly bonded barrier between work piece and tool.
The tool runs significantly cooler which increases tool life.

S and SUPERCUT S-EP
Supercut
S and Supercut S-EP are premium fluids based on Dylon’s unique Kergeron
Synthesis©. This breakthrough chemistry increases the
attractive forces of the fluid to the tool piece. The result is

tool runs significantly cooler which increases tool life. Supercut
S and S-EP are bio-stable and mold resistant fluids for ultra-low
maintenance.

lines. Engineered with a proprietary metal capture system, Supercut
BClean provides excellent cleaning of metal particles and
residual oil. Environmentally safe and non-toxic, Supercut BClean
offers excellent corrosion protection to all metals without leaving
any residue.

Dylon
Grade LB-4 and LB-6 are part of a new generation of metalworking
fluids incorporating Dylon's C-free© and LWP© technologies.
Chlorine based additives have been red flagged because of
the health and environmental issues. Dylon's new C-Free© technology
provides the power of an extreme pressure additive without
the need for chlorine. In addition LB-4 and LB-6 contain Dylon's
new Liquid Wax Polymer (LWP) technology. This technology provides
exceptional boundary lubrication while being environmentally
friendly. Its key feature is its ability to penetrate between
the work piece and tool. Its penetrating capacity has been
noted to be 2X better than animal oil and other fatty acids.
These products are red metal safe and provide superior lubrication
for metals ranging from aluminum to high nickel alloys. By
combining C-Free and LWP technologies Dylon LB-4 and LB-6
provide an environmentally sound solution to your metalworking
