Dylon Dylubes® are concentrated die casting release agents used extensively throughout the magnesium die casting industry. After years of extensive research and field testing, Dylon Dylubes® have been developed to provide superior performance from the simplest to the most complex magnesium castings, ranging in size from a few ounces to over sixty pounds.

Dylon Dylubes® dilute easily with water to any dilution ratio. They can be used with automatic spray equipment or handheld spray equipment and is fully stable in central systems. The recommended starting dilutions range from 40:1 to 100:1. Final dilutions will depend upon the size and complexity of the castings and overall operating conditions.
