HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE AND ANTI-SEIZE

Dylon Grade D-33 is a copper/graphite heavy grease with a vehicle of very high temperature synthetic oils. Grade D-33 is a uniform, smooth and consistent heavy grease. It contains no lead, requires no mixing, and does not harden with age. Grade D-33 stops or reduces seizing of hot bearings, slide gates, pillow blocks, and threads.

Dylon Grade LB-1 is a FAST REACTING penetrant, lubricator, demoisturizer, and corrosion fighter. Designed for maintenance managers who want only one product that will do it all.

The additive system in Dylon Grade LB-1 has been balanced to produce a chemical reaction on contact with metal surfaces. This accelerated chemical reaction is a unique property that enhances the protection of metal surfaces, the penetration of rust and frozen fastening devices, and provides LASTING lubrication.

Dylon Grade LB-1 provides reduced friction and very good chip removal during drilling, tapping, cutting and threading. Dylon Grade LB-1 is an excellent machining fluid for hand and automatic dispensing.

DYLON GRADE LB-3105

Dylon Grade LB-3105 is a high quality synthetic-based chain lubricant and protective coating. LB-3105 has been specially formulated for the protection and lubrication of chains exposed to harsh storage and operating conditions. LB-3105 dries by displacing surface moisture, maintaining a solid protective barrier between the coated chain and moisture or contaminant. The additive system in Dylon Grade LB-3105 has been balanced to produce a chemical reaction on contact with metal surfaces. This accelerated chemical reaction is a unique property that enhances the protection of metal surfaces, the penetration of rust and frozen chains.

An added benefit of LB-3105 is that it provides improved lubrication where chain joint movement has become restricted due to carbon deposits and buildup from old-fashioned mineral oil-based chain lubricants. Grade LB-3105 contains a synthetic, high temperature stable base fluid, which penetrates into the smallest clearances. This penetrating action combined with solid film formation, assures continuing lubrication and protection even if the carrier fluid is not present.

NON-FLAMMABLE, HIGH TEMPERATURE DRY FILM LUBRICANT

Dylon LG-50 is a highly lubricious, non-flammable lubricant that pours like an oil and when dried forms a water-resistant, dry film lubricant that is non-toxic, odorless and non-corrosive. The extreme pressure additive system coupled with the unique binders forms a balanced chemistry, which provides a solid lubricant. Designed for exposed metal/metal contact areas that require lubrication and anti-stick protection.

HIGH PERFORMANCE GEAR OIL TREATMENT

Dylon Spike 2 is a premium, concentrated, high performance oil additive. Spike 2 is engineered to be a cost effective gear treatment for use in heavy industry gearboxes. Spike 2 utilizes TELO XL a patented high molecular weight polymer that strongly bonds to the gear surface. Because of its molecular structure it goes beyond ordinary protection. The polymer orients itself perpendicular to the gear surface to create an extremely dense barrier between moving parts. The result is lower friction, superior corrosion resistance, and longer gear life. Using Spike 2 on a regular basis can increase equipment life up to 200%.

SYNTHETIC-BASED HIGH TEMPERATURE CHAIN LUBRICANT "MOLY FORTIFIED"

Dylon Grade LB-2280 is a high quality, molybdenum disulfide enhanced, synthetic-based, ISO 150, chain oil. LB-2280 has been specially formulated for the lubrication of conveyor chains exposed to high temperatures. It provides improved lubrication where chain joint movement has become restricted due to carbon deposits and buildup from old-fashioned mineral oil-based chain lubricants. Dylon LB-2280 has superior high temperature oxidation resistance and excellent thermal stability.

HEAVY DUTY CLEANER

Dylon CL-322 is an extra heavy-duty solvent cleaner. CL-322 is excellent for cleaning asphalt, degreasing parts and equipment, and general purpose cleaning (when properly diluted). CL-322 is ready-to-use, or it can be diluted with water. Water hardness does not affect the cleaning ability of CL-322. In-house hardness stability tests have shown that even at 1000 ppm water hardness, CL-322 showed no change and retained all of its properties. The unique balance of natural, as well as highly refined distillates and surfactants are safe, quickly penetrating grease, adhesives, mastics, tar, wax, silicones, petroleum products, and asphalt. CL-322, after use, has also been able to be separated from the wastewater stream. This ability allows for the reclamation of clear water for re-use. Note: Test before using on painted surfaces.
