Dylon's FO Series forging lubricants are oil-based lubricants that are blends of oil and graphite designed to provide superior metal movement, consistent fill, extended die life and an improved plant environment. The FO series are excellent for non-ferrous hydraulic and hammer forgings.

Dylon's FW Series are water-based forging lubricants that are available in three versions: graphite-free synthetics, low-graphite semi-synthetics, and graphited lubricants. All Dylon water-based lubricants provide controlled metal movement resulting in finer detail, superior fill, and better surface finish while eliminating smoke and other hazards from the forging process. These lubricants find use on non-ferrous mechanical and hammer forgings. Dylon FW series are engineered for use at highly economical dilution levels.
