The Dylon sales representative begins the process by conducting
a comprehensive study of a customer's manufacturing needs.
This facility site survey allows us to identify the most
effective product or solution available.

Our next step is to test existing Dylon technology in
your operation. This step enables us to determine if this
product meets your needs.


3.) When necessary, Dylon will identify ways to improve
the process, modify an existing product or develop a new
product to meet your specific application. Our experienced
research staff will provide you with the most cost-effective
solution available.
4.) Once we've developed and tested a new product in our
laboratories, Dylon will conduct a plant evaluation. Our
technical personnel will be present to assist with anew
product trial.
5.) Application equipment may need to be modified to optimize
the effectiveness of a new product. Your Dylon sales representative
will provide support and be on hand to assist with the
installation of the new Dylon technology. Our goal is
to assure a smooth transition to the use of our advanced
problem solving products.
6.) Dylon's state of the art manufacturing facility will
provide a constant supply of high quality products. The
use of Statistical Process Control and Quality control
numbers for traceability provides you with total quality
assurance.
7.) Dylon's support continues after shipping the product.
