Dylon Sugar Glide© Intermediate Bearing Lubricant is safe, non-toxic and cost effective, using USDA, H-2 approved components.

Dylon Sugar Glide© Intermediate Bearing Lubricant's unique blend of base stocks provide a high affinity for all metal surfaces, promoting easy polymer attachment with excellent surface flow and adhesion, resisting dripping and creeping. The EP (Extreme Pressure Additives) System provides extreme pressure and corrosion protection. The formula is chemically balanced to resist heavy loads for moderate to low RPM tandem bearings, with a useful temperature range up to 350°F. Its viscoelastic behavior provides a superior film thickness forming a matrix that holds the lubricant in place, while lowering the coefficient of friction, allowing energy consumption reductions. The formula has been designed to be easily pumped, and is tolerant to water.
