Dylon Dylube® innovative technology is designed specifically for the zinc die caster. Dylon Dylubes® are formulated to meet the stringent demands of the zinc die casting industry. A carefully selected and tested blend of extreme pressure additives, parting agents, and high temperature synthetic compounds assure the die caster of superior parting and release of even the largest and most complex parts. Additional proprietary components assure lubrication of ejector pins and sliding cores thus preventing many of the soldering problems associated with complex dies.

Dylon Dylubes® have a recommended dilution range of 40:1 - 100:1. Final dilutions will depend upon the size and complexity of the castings and overall operating conditions.
